I associated with another law firm and helped negotiate a multimillion dollar settlement of a wrongful death truck accident case. I successfully tried a million dollar verdict in an arbitration matter involving a business dispute. I associated with a large Dallas law firm in settling a multimillion dollar age discrimination matter. I settled a significant near drowning accident (details are confidential).
