Read about some past cases that Thomas E. Shaw has tried.

The video above is of Thomas E. Shaw representing his client's interests in an apartment fire case. The Dallas Morning News and Dallas Business Journal have featured his cases many times, and a few highlights are below. His most reported on story is well narrated through the articles on the site and catalog the process of holding the City of Carrollton and Sandy Lake Amusement Park responsible for their negligence. A young boy nearly lost his life because of a pool drain accident and was eventually personally granted over $393,000. Ingeniously Tom knew to hold the city of Carrollton responsible, because they had just inspected the pool and cleared it as safe when it was not. Sandy Lake Amusement Park was only added to the suit when they failed to improve the safety of their own park and was briefly shut down for repairs. When people say Tom is result-oriented, this tenacity is what they are referring to.
