From the minute you decide to sell your home to STW Property Managemment and contact us, we'll start the work that gets you paid. The entire process of selling your home can take only 10 days! Below is the typical 10 day schedule we adhere to, and what you can expect if you decide to sell to us.

Day 1
Contact Us
Every home sale starts with you, the seller. When you're ready, contact us via phone, email, or just fill out a short form online and we'll schedule a convenient time to view the property.
Day 2
View Home
We'll send one of our home buying specialists out to your home to view the property and assess its condition. No need to prepare it for our walk through because we buy homes in any condition.
Day 3
Offer
After comparing your home with our market research, we will make an offer to buy your home. During this consultation we will discuss how we came to our offer price.
Days 5-9
Preparation to close.
There's a myriad of paperwork we need to prepare before finalizing the sale of your home. We will handle all the preparation, and be in contact with you for any relevant information.
