Bruce K. Packard

Bruce Packard is, first and foremost, a winning trial attorney for business disputes. His practice concentrates on accounting, joint ventures, intellectual property and contracts, equally divided between jury and arbitration forums. He handles his own appeals, as well as appeals on cases that he did not handle at the trial court level. He has handled disputes in many different states and internationally. His knowledge base is exceptionally broad because he has been a partner in an insurance defense firm, a plaintiff’s firm, and corporate counsel for a large investment and auction company. Bruce Packard is recognized for his use and implementation of strategic planning and settlement tactics for better results in negotiation, drafting and alternative dispute resolution. Because of his expertise, he often is engaged for the purpose of risk reduction and avoidance, long before a dispute actually occurs.
